Argued that Perry Commercial should forfeit unused units rather than transfer them, highlighting long-standing dust, health, and grading issues in West Canyon.

Recalled the 2011-2012 area plan negotiations, arguing that density transfers violate the original compromise and that Perry failed to provide required traffic and utility studies.

Voiced strong opposition to shoehorning up to 225 high-density units near his home in the Crossing, stating residents purchased homes based on the established area plan.
